PDMS Macro Email Graphical View Directly from PDMS

This PDMS Macro Email Graphical View is made from PML programming used to reduce time from screen shoot and save file to local disk.

Why should we use PDMS Macro Email Graphical View ?

  • Reduce time to attach of screen shoot picture to email.
  • Save JPEG file to local disk as gallery, summary or history.
  • Easy to use.
PDMS Macro Email Graphical View
Menu :
Email Picture button : to send email of PDMS graphical view as attachment by Outlook and automatically save a JPEG file into local disk.

How to use PDMS Macro Email Graphical View ?

  1. Open file EmailGraphicalForm.pdmsid with notepad, change value MacroFolderLocation with your current file location.
  2. Drag and drop the PDMS Macro Email Graphical View to pdms command line
  3. Select an element in design explorer to give a name of picture. ( select any element to set as CE )
  4. Program save the picture in local disk ( %pdmsuser% ) automatically.
  5. Program will open outlook automatically and ready to send the picture as attachment by email. see screen shoot below

    Microsoft Outlook
    Cannot find this file. Verify the path and file name are correct.

      try to change the symbol slash / with backslash \ in section
      !IMGPATH = ‘$!USERPATH/$!ITEMNAME$N.JPG’
      with
      !IMGPATH = ‘$!USERPATH\$!ITEMNAME$N.JPG’

          Change code AVEVA.VIEW.COPYIMAGE.SIZE4 with AVEVA.View.CopyImage.Size4 because core command should case sensitive. Or please download again
